Mohit Jhawar is a Vice President of Morgan Stanley. Mr. Jhawar joined the Firm in 2011 and focuses on the group’s private equity transactions in India. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Mr. Jhawar worked with Sabre Capital, where he focused on growth transactions in the health care and infrastructure sectors. He has been a key member on deals like investment in Super Religare Limited and was responsible for managing influential stakes in Man Infraconstructions and ECI Engineering. Prior to Sabre Capital, he worked with MAPE Advisory Group in advising various SMEs on M&A and fund raising. Mr. Jhawar is a native of India and is based in Mumbai. Mr. Jhawar received his bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur and holds an M.B.A. from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
