Biography

Peter Ma is a Managing Director of Morgan Stanley and a member of the Morgan Stanley Private Credit team, where he serves as a member of the Investment Committee and focuses on originating and executing investment opportunities. Mr. Ma joined Morgan Stanley in 2021 and has over 12 years of relevant industry experience. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Mr. Ma was a Partner and Managing Director at Colbeck Capital, responsible for sourcing opportunities, leading investment execution, and portfolio management. Prior to Colbeck, Mr. Ma was an investment banker at MESA Securities where he advised media and entertainment companies on mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising, with a focus on structured solutions. Mr. Ma graduated from Harvard University with a B.A. in Economics.
