Leanne Heeg is an Executive Director of Morgan Stanley and a Direct Lending Specialist for Morgan Stanley Private Credit. In this role, she is a leader on the Portfolio and Client Strategy Team, responsible for capital raising and client engagement across channels. Ms. Heeg brings 15 years of industry experience spanning institutional investing, capital markets, and advising clients across a range of asset classes and distribution platforms.

Previously, Ms. Heeg held senior sales roles within Wealth Management Capital Markets covering financial advisor portfolio managers across Equities and Fixed Income. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2023, she spent over 10 years in institutional investment management, most recently as an MBS and ABS investor at a relative value hedge fund. She began her career in BNY Mellon’s Treasury division, where she held roles in portfolio management and debt capital markets.

Ms. Heeg graduated cum laude from Georgetown University with a B.S.B.A. in Finance from McDonough School of Business.
