Erin Hood is an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley and a member of the Morgan Stanley Private Credit team, where she is Head of Structuring and Governance for the Direct Lending strategy. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, she was a Deputy General Counsel at Churchill Asset Management, where she provided day to day legal coverage on the firm’s sponsored funds, fund financing facilities, and structured products, including collateralized loan obligations and collateralized fund obligations. Prior to Churchill, she was an associate at Dechert LLP and Milbank LLP. She earned her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and her two B.A.s from the University of Maryland, one in Government & Politics and one in Philosophy, along with a minor in Spanish.
