Soledad Lopez is a sustainable research analyst on the Fixed Income Sustainability team. Prior to her current role she was responsible for Emerging Market sovereign research on the Emerging Markets Debt team. She joined Morgan Stanley in 2018 and began her career in the investment industry in 2008. Prior to joining the firm, Soledad worked at UBS as an emerging markets strategist covering Latin America and Europe, Middle East, and Africa. Before UBS, she worked as an emerging markets analyst at The Rohatyn Group. She also worked at the World Bank in the Development Research Group. Soledad earned a B.A. in economics from Universidad de San Andres and a M.Sc. in computational finance from Carnegie Mellon University.
