The Global Listed Real Assets team, part of our Real Assets capability, uses internal proprietary research to invest in the equity securities of publicly listed real estate and infrastructure companies that it views as offering the best value, relative to their underlying assets and growth prospects. The team seeks to create exposure to real estate and infrastructure in a cost-effective manner comparable or superior to direct real estate and infrastructure investments. Team members are long-tenured and highly experienced, with local presence in the U.S., Europe and Asia, trading locally within each region.

Effective December 7, 2020, Laurel Durkay was appointed as the head of Global Listed Real Assets (GLRA). Ted Bigman, the former head of GLRA, has relinquished portfolio management responsibilities effective December 31, 2020.

Invests in publicly traded European real estate securities with the goal of attractive long-term, risk-adjusted returns.  
Invests in the equity securities of publicly traded infrastructure companies worldwide.  
Invests in the equity securities of publicly traded real estate securities primarily in developed countries worldwide.  
The Morgan Stanley Liquid Real Assets Strategy seeks total return, targeted to be in excess of inflation, through capital appreciation and current income.  
Invests in the equity securities of publicly traded U.S. real estate securities with the goal of long-term, risk-adjusted returns.
