Background
Matthew is an Executive Director on the AIP Private Markets Team where he helps lead the impact investing effort, as well as works broadly across the platform. Previously, Matthew was with the Morgan Stanley Institute for Sustainable Investing and has been involved in investing with impact since 2004. In his previous role, he helped manage the Firm’s Investing with Impact Platform and helped oversee Morgan Stanley’s sustainable and impact investing related strategy. During his career at Morgan Stanley, Matthew has also worked in the Firm’s Investment Banking, Global Capital Markets and Firm Management divisions. He received a B.A. in Public Policy from Duke University.
