Mr. Delisle is an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley, responsible for private credit investments across France, the DACH region, and the United Kingdom.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Mr. Delisle was a Vice President at Alcentra, where he originated and executed private credit transactions across France and Southern Europe and managed a large portfolio of investments. Earlier in his career, Mr. Delisle was part of the early team that established BlackRock’s European Private Debt platform, where he contributed to the execution of numerous transactions. Mr. Delisle began his career in HSBC’s Leveraged and Acquisition Finance team in London, underwriting and syndicating leveraged loans and high-yield bonds for large-cap leveraged buyouts.

Mr. Delisle holds a Master’s in Management and an MSc in Finance from EDHEC Business School. He is fluent in French, English, and German.
