Biography

Sarah Ly is a municipal research analyst at Morgan Stanley Investment Management. She specializes in credit evaluation and investment in the General Obligation, Special Tax, and Water & Sewer sectors. She joined the firm in 2023. Sarah earned a B.S. from Northeastern University.
