Mike Frick is an Executive Director of Morgan Stanley Private Credit, where he focuses on fund financing strategies across the direct lending business. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Mr. Frick was the COO of Private Debt for Benefit Street Partners LLC, where he led capital markets and oversaw the daily operations of the direct lending business. Prior to joining Benefit Street, Mr. Frick worked at State Street Global Services where he focused on syndicated leveraged loan funds. Mr. Frick earned a BSBA in Finance from Stonehill College.
