Marc Savaria is a Managing Director and Co-Head of Municipal Research at Morgan Stanley Investment Management. Marc specializes credit evaluation and investment in the Higher Education, Project Finance, Charter School, P3 and Investor-Owned Utilities sectors. Previously, Marc served as a Director at Standard & Poor’s, responsible for higher education and not-for-profit 501C3 credit assessment, and worked at Fidelity Capital Markets, in similar capacities. Marc is also an active member of the Boston and National Municipal Financial Analyst Societies. A frequent speaker at national conferences, Marc has been recognized nationally on numerous occasions for his credit and industry expertise. Marc received his B.A. from Babson College and is a graduate of the Olin School of Business where he received his MBA.
