Ken is co-head of Morgan Stanley Investment Management (MSIM) Fixed Income, which manages more than $200 billion in client assets across all fixed income sectors. Based in New York, he co-chairs the Fixed Income Strategies Group, and is a member of the MSIM Risk Committee and the MSIM Operating Committee. He was previously the Chief Operating Officer for Public Markets, responsible for the MSIM public market infrastructure and controls, supporting separate accounts, mutual funds, and ETFs.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2020, he served in a variety of chief operating officer roles at Goldman Sachs Asset Management. He has over 35 years of financial services experience and holds the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 7 and 24 securities licenses. Ken graduated with a BS in computer science and electrical engineering from Hofstra University.
