Biography

Hugh Briscoe joined MSIM in London in October 2024 as the Senior Fixed Income Client Portfolio Manager and member of the fixed income management team. Hugh has 19 years of industry experience having worked at Goldman Sachs Asset Management for 16 years as head of Fixed Income Client Portfolio Management internationally, and responsible for the Global Fixed Income strategy. Most recently he was a Senior Adviser for Private Debt at Five Arrows Rothschild & Co. Before joining GSAM Hugh spent 12 years in the British Army.
