Grace Gao is a quantitative analyst on the Global Multi-Asset team. Currently, Grace assists in managing the research and quantitative platform for the team. She joined Morgan Stanley in 2022 and has 5 years of experience. Before joining the team, she was a senior research analyst with FTSE Russell, focusing on custom factor index construction. She also spent 2 years with Massachusetts State Pension portfolio construction team. Grace graduated with an M.S. in Mathematical Finance from MIT, and a B.A. in Finance from Peking University right before that.
