Biography

David Stanton is a Vice President within Morgan Stanley’s Tactical Value Team (MSTV). Mr. Stanton joined Morgan Stanley in 2018. Prior to his current role, he was responsible for overseeing the carried interest compensation prcoess across MSIM’s General Partners. Before that, Mr. Stanton was in an analyst program at J.P. Morgan and also worked in their Custody & Fund Services group developing PE carried interest waterfall models. He holds a B.S. in Business Economics with a concentration in Finance from SUNY Oneonta.
