Ally Wallace is a Managing Director and Global Head of Capital Markets and ETF Strategy for MSIM’s ETF business. Prior to joining MSIM in 2022, Ally spent 13 years at BlackRock in the iShares division overseeing the ETF Markets Ecosystem and Platform development. A platform that grew from $300B to $2.3T during her tenure and expanded across asset classes and geographies. In her time at BlackRock, she served as the Co-Head of ETF Global Markets Americas, and most recently was the Global Head of Fixed Income Product Architecture & Platform for iShares. Ally joined BlackRock from Morgan Stanley’s Institutional Equity Division where she was an equity sales-trader. She began her career at Deutsche Bank in the Global Markets Fixed Income Division. Ally holds a B.A in history from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from the University of California’s Haas School of Business.
