Alison is a Vice President of Morgan Stanley Investment Management and a portfolio specialist for the firm’s high yield strategies. She is responsible for client and internal communications and insights on investment strategy and portfolio positioning. Alison joined Eaton Vance in 2017. Morgan Stanley acquired Eaton Vance in March 2021. Alison began her career in the investment management industry in 2000. Before joining Eaton Vance, she was an investment analyst at Sun Life Financial and a fixed income portfolio specialist at State Street Global Advisors. Previously, she was affiliated with Addenda Capital (formerly Co-Operators Investment Counselling Ltd.) Alison earned a B.A. (Honors) from the University of Guelph in Ontario Canada and a M.Sc. in Finance from Brandeis University. She is a member of the CFA Society of Boston and CFA charterholder.
