Background
Taewon Jun is an Executive Director of Morgan Stanley. Mr. Jun focuses on the group’s private equity transactions in South Korea. Mr. Jun currently serves as a Director on the boards of Hanwha L&C and Jeonju Paper. Mr. Jun joined the Firm in 2011 and worked in Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking Division based in South Korea. Prior to rejoining in 2016, Mr. Jun was with Hanwha Group where he was responsible for M&A transactions for four years. Mr. Jun is a native of South Korea and is based in Seoul. Mr. Jun received a B.S. in business administration from South Korea University, and an M.B.A. from Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
