Background
Joyce Shen is a Vice President of Morgan Stanley and a member of the Morgan Stanley Private Credit team, where she focuses on operations and financial administration for the Middle Market Direct Lending strategy. Ms. Shen joined Morgan Stanley in 2020 and has over ten years of relevant industry experience. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Ms. Shen was a manager in Fund Management at The Carlyle Group and was involved in the finance functions of TCG BDC II, CLOs, and other private credit products until her departure in 2018. She started her career at PwC, as an auditor in the asset management practice. Ms. Shen is a Certified Public Accountant registered in New York State. Ms. Shen earned a B.S. in Finance and a M.S. in Accounting from Stern School of Business at New York University.
