Biography

Timothy Robey is a portfolio manager on the Broad Markets Fixed Income team. He is responsible for buy and sell decisions, portfolio construction, and risk management for the firm’s multi-sector portfolios and separately managed accounts. He joined Eaton Vance in 2013. Morgan Stanley acquired Eaton Vance in March 2021. Tim began his career in the investment industry in 2001. Previously, Tim held Senior Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager positions with Dwight Asset Management and Lehman Brothers Asset Management. At Lehman he was also responsible for the buildout of a cash and short duration business in London. Tim earned a B.S. in finance with a minor in computer information systems from Bentley College and an M.B.A. from Yale School of Management. He holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation and is an active member of the Boston CAIA association.
