Eric is head of Human Resources for Morgan Stanley’s Investment Management and Corporate Infrastructure groups. He joined Morgan Stanley in 1996 and has over 29 years of human resources experience.
Prior to his current role, Eric held several senior human resources positions at Morgan Stanley, including the Human Resources division’s chief operating officer, as well as leading Human Resources for Morgan Stanley's Wealth Management business and the Global Technology division.
Previously, Eric worked in Human Resources at Bear Stearns, The Federal Reserve Bank and Kwasha Lipton. Eric received a B.A. in Human Resources from the University of Michigan.
