Ron Bezoza is a Managing Director of Morgan Stanley and Head of the Managed Solutions Group as well as the Head of Business Development for Morgan Stanley Investment Management’s (MSIM) Solutions & Multi-Asset Group. He has 26 years of investment industry experience and is based in New York. 

Prior to joining MSIM in 2018 Ron held various roles at Goldman Sachs, most recently as Head of Ayco Personal Advisory Services where he was responsible for the sub-$10mm wealth management segment. Previously, Ron oversaw retail separately managed accounts for Goldman Sachs Asset Management. Prior to this role, he was Global Head of the Equity Solutions Group where he oversaw marketing, portfolio management and trading across a range of equity and equity linked products including structured notes, listed and over-the-counter derivatives and option overlay strategies. Prior to this, Ron was Global Head of Goldman Option Advisory Services (GOAS). 

Previous to his tenure at Goldman Sachs, Ron was a senior member of the Volaris team, an investment management group within Credit Suisse’s Asset Management division. Ron has also held numerous leadership positions at boutique financial services firms, including Triene, a Goldman Sachs-backed equity research startup and Lombard Risk Management. He has served as an adjunct instructor of finance and economics at Baruch College. 

Ron earned an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where he graduated with honors and the Dean’s Award of Distinction, and a BS from Lehigh University.
