James Rooney communicates with deaf clients using sign language, giving them privacy to discuss their investments without a translator.

Discussing investments can be an extremely personal and private matter. Growing up with deaf parents, financial advisor James Rooney understands the complexities involved with communicating personal matters with members of the deaf community.

Now as a financial advisor at the Rooney Blomberg Group at Morgan Stanley, James uses sign language to communicate directly with his deaf clients, giving them the privacy to discuss their investments directly with him and eliminating the need to have a translator present.
