Morgan Stanley Properties ("MSP") was created in 1991 in the United States and has grown into a Global Company owned 100% by Morgan Stanley, with operating companies in Korea, Japan, China, France, Germany, Australia and Italy managing assets for Morgan Stanley and its clients. Assets under management include commercial, industrial and residential real estate properties, as well as performing and non-performing real estate loans.
