Client Service develops deep partnerships with hedge fund customers. The experienced team, streamlined processes and proprietary technology work in conjunction with one another to help maximize operational efficiency and to address specific client requirements.
We take pride in the personal service and innovative solutions we provide to clients in addition to our 24-hour seamless coverage model across all time zones and markets. Our teams are structured according to client needs and include both senior and junior members. We are available to answer client questions on a broad range of topics, from simple inquiries regarding client holdings to complex issues such as access to emerging markets. Senior managers oversee prime brokerage client relationships and serve as a portal to the resources of Morgan Stanley. We provide access to professionals who specialize in risk management, international operations and regulatory issues and work with clients on specific issues unique to their businesses. Our breadth of knowledge enables us to deliver the firm to our clients and help them with all aspects of their business.
