Investment Objective
The Turkish Investment Fund, Inc.'s objective is long-term capital appreciation.

Investment Policies
Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the Fund's net assets will be invested in equity securities of Turkish companies.

Benchmark
The MSCI Turkey Index is an unmanaged index of common stocks. The Index is approximately 50% weighted in the banking sector. Due to SEC requirements, the Fund is allowed to invest no more than 25% of its net assets in any one sector.
