Joe is a portfolio manager and the head of U.S. Credit on the Global Fixed Income team. He joined Morgan Stanley in 2002 and has 15 years of investment experience. Joe received a B.A., with honors, in economics from Trinity College. Joe holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts.
