This restaurant from the Travi Group, inaugurated in 2004, is located on the emblematic hill of Montjuïc in Barcelona. Throughout the city's history, this location, originally known as the "Mont Jueu" or Jewish Mountain, has been the setting for important events, such as the Universal Exhibition in 1929 and the Olympic Games in 1992.

Montjuïc El Xalet is located next to the municipal swimming pool, the site of the famous Olympic diving competition, and just opposite the funicular and remarkable cable car that connects Montjuïc castle at the top of the hill.

Montjuïc El Xalet resides in an old but totally restored building, a stone house located at the heart of Montjuïc and surrounded by nature and lush green vegetation. Its characteristic distinction, apart from its excellent gastronomic quality, is its location, with its dining rooms and terraces offering spectacular views of the city.
