Morgan Stanley is pleased to announce the launch of The Morgan Stanley FTSE™ Capital Plus Plan 8. The Capital Plus Plan 8 is a six year investment which is designed to provide investors with the full return of their capital plus the greater of 30% or zero-point six-five times(65%) participation in the growth of the FTSE 100™ Index over the six year term of the product.

  regulated by the Financial Services Authority
• Six year investment term
• Designed to provide investors with the full return of their capital plus the greater of 30% or zero-point six-five times (65%) participation in the growth of the FTSE 100™ Index over the six year term of the product
• High degree of Capital protection provided by
  securities issued by financial institutions with a
  credit rating of AA- or better by Standard & Poor’s at the time of purchase. In the event of these financial institutions going into liquidation or failing to comply with the terms of the securities investors may lose money and get back less than they invested
• Pre-investment interest paid at 4.50%
• Open for ISA/PEP and Direct Investment including via SIPPs and SSAS's.
• Available as a Mini or Maxi Stocks & Shares ISA investment for 2007/8
