Morgan Stanley Launches Blue Paper; Offers Top 10 Picks to Play Brazil Infrastructure

Morgan Stanley (NYSE: MS) today announced the release of its inaugural Blue Paper - a publication that focuses on critical investment themes requiring coordinated perspectives across sectors, regions and asset classes.
