Having had a presence in Singapore since 1990, the city-state is Morgan Stanley's Southeast Asia hub and main office for the firm's businesses in SEA. Across the region, we also have offices in Jakarta, Indonesia; Bangkok, Thailand; Hanoi, Vietnam; Labuan, Malaysia and Manila, Philippines.

Our Singapore office offers investment banking (capital raising, M&A and other advisory services), equity and fixed income research, securities trading, derivatives, commodities, private wealth management and investment management. Singapore also serves as the venue for the firm’s annual franchise client event, the Morgan Stanley Asia Pacific Summit.

In Indonesia, we have an active investment banking and capital raising franchise. Complementing this, we launched an onshore institutional equities business in 2012.

In Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam and the Philippines, we provide a full range of investment banking services including M&A advisory and capital raising, as well as securities trading for institutional clients through local partners.
