Since October 5, 2007 Morgan Stanley is expanding its own fully-owned premier investment banking and sales & trading platform in India, under the name of Morgan Stanley India Company Private Limited, providing a full range of investment banking, sales & trading, fixed income, commodities and derivative products, as well as research services.

Morgan Stanley Investment Management (MSIM) provides customized asset management services and products to governments, corporations, pension funds, non-profit organizations, high-net-worth individuals and retail investors worldwide. Under the brand Morgan Stanley Mutual Fund, it operates several domestic mutual fund products for retail investors in India.

As of September 16, 2008 Morgan Stanley also offers its Private Wealth Management services to high net worth investors in India.

Morgan Stanley Advantage Services supports Morgan Stanley's Institutional Services businesses, from research to financial modeling, portfolio analysis and IT development.
