Morgan Stanley Code of Ethics and Business Conduct

The Morgan Stanley Code of Ethics and Business Conduct (the “Code”) was amended effective July 10, 2009 to add a subsection regarding personal lending and borrowing and to make other minor, clarifying edits to the Code.
