To achieve this objective Morgan Stanley sponsors a variety of scholarships and internships for women and minorities, including the following:

 Morgan Stanley Richard B. Fisher Scholars Program
This program provides qualified undergraduate underrepresented minority students with a two-year academic scholarship and a paid internship in our Institutional Securities and Information Technology businesses the summer prior to graduation.

 Morgan Stanley MBA Fellowship
This program provides scholarship awards and summer internships to outstanding underrepresented minority students at the graduate level. Students intern in many of our business units across the firm.

 Women in Technology
This program provides a two-year academic scholarship and a paid summer internship in our Information Technology department the summer prior to graduation to qualified female undergraduate and graduate students.

 Diversity High School Internship Program
This program offers a paid summer internship to outstanding underrepresented minority high school students. Students intern in various business units across the firm, depending on the student's interests and skill set, as well as the needs of the business unit in which he/she is placed.

 Sponsors for Educational Opportunity (SEO)
This program provides talented undergraduate students of color nationwide with the opportunity to explore rewarding careers in some of the most competitive business areas including Investment Banking, Asset Management and Finance.

On an annual basis, we support, sponsor and participate in over 50 recruiting events targeting women and minorities. Some of these events include:
