| The Women's Business Exchange (WBE) is a conference within
the firm's Global Wealth Management Group created to enhance development,
retention, and selection of a diverse workplace while focusing
on ways to better serve clients and increase market share. |

| The Minority Business Exchange (MBE) is a forum within the
firm's Global Wealth Management Group of ethnically diverse Financial
Advisors and Branch Managers who gather to share ideas, personal
experiences and new approaches to building a successful career
at Morgan Stanley. |

| The Women's Leadership Conference is designed to partner junior
and senior women employees from the firm's infrastructure divisions,
and to explore additional ways of developing leadership at the
firm. |

| The Executive Women's Conference is an annual conference hosted
by our Investment Banking Division (IBD). This event brings our
senior women in IBD together with senior female executive clients
for a content-rich program that includes high-level corporate
speakers, simulations and panel presentations. |

| This conference is designed to bring senior women of the Firm together for a one and a half day program. This conference provides additional opportunities for women Managing Directors to deepen relationships across the Firm, share ideas and experiences as well as to identify ways to take their businesses to the next level. |

| The Institutional Securities Women's Day is an annual day
event that brings together female undergraduates from Investment
Banking, Fixed Income, Equity Research, and Institutional Equity's
divisions with senior employees. |

The firm recognizes the importance of employee networks and
the rich resources that can be reaped for both employees and the
organization through the exchange of ideas and relationship building.
Employee Networking Groups (ENGs) are firm-sponsored organizations
which are designed to bring together employees with similar goals
and interests and to have these groups support the firm's overall
mission of recruiting and developing the most diverse workforce
possible.

| Morgan Stanley provides diversity training throughout various
divisions within the organization. The training uses interactive
techniques to facilitate constructive dialogue about issues such
as diversity, cross cultural awareness and workplace harassment.
