Candidates must be in their senior year of a four-year accredited college or university majoring in business, economics or another relevant field. Qualified candidates must show a keen interest in the financial services industry. Relevant work or internship experience is strongly desired. Requirements Requirements include an undergraduate degree with a relevant major such as business or economics, a minimum 3.2 GPA, and a keen interest in the financial services industry. A resume that shows work experience in a related field is also required. Selection Process Depending on your school, interviews may take place on campus or at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney. Interviews are conducted by senior managers, former Analyst Program participants, and Human Resources. Successful candidates can expect two to three rounds of interviews.
