Your Opportunity as a Spring Insight Participant
An overview of this programme’s objectives and how you can benefit

The Spring Insight Programme is designed for first-year students of a three-year degree course or second-year students of a four-year course who are considering a career in banking. The Programme allows you to learn more about the investment banking industry and provides a chance to experience the unique culture of Morgan Stanley.

The Spring Insight Programme
How the programme works and the day-to-day experience you can expect

The week-long Sales, Trading and Research Spring Insight Programme consists of a mix of lecture-based sessions, educational games as well as the opportunity to work shadow on a variety of desks. Throughout the week, there is also a focus on developing the skills necessary for a career in Sales, Trading and Research; giving you the opportunity to hone communication, presentation, team-working, application-making and interview skills. In addition, there are numerous opportunities to meet and network with Morgan Stanley’s Sales, Trading and Research employees at all levels. The programme will give you exposure to the entire division which will consequently enable you to make a better-informed decision when applying for future internships.

While this is not a paid internship, we will cover your expenses.
