Spring Insight Programme
- Europe
The Spring Insight Programme is designed for first-year students of a three-year degree course, or second-year students of a four-year course who are considering a career in banking. The Programme gives you an opportunity to learn more about the investment banking industry and a chance to experience the unique culture of Morgan Stanley. It will give you exposure to all revenue-generating and infrastructure areas of the firm allowing you to make a better-informed decision about what areas to pursue for future internships and graduate positions. It will also provide the opportunity to develop skills and build networks throughout the comprehensive week-long programme. The Spring Insight Programme The week-long Spring Insight Programme will give you an overview of all recruiting divisions, including Investment Banking, Sales & Trading, Private Wealth Management, Investment Management, Credit, Finance, Operations, and Technology. There is a mix of lecture-based sessions, games, and case studies, all designed to give you a broad understanding of each division. You will have a chance to play our exciting “Trading Game” and hugely popular “Portfolio in Peril,” which are not only a lot of fun but a great way to learn about the activities in our Sales & Trading and Investment Management divisions. Throughout the week, there is also a focus on developing the skills necessary for a career in investment banking, giving you the opportunity to hone communication, presentation, team-working, application-making and interview skills. In addition, there are numerous opportunities to meet and network with Morgan Stanley employees, at all levels, from across the firm. While this is not a paid internship, your expenses will be covered. Is the Spring Insight Programme Right for You?
