The Morgan Stanley Equity Research team has earned a reputation as one of the dominant intellectual thought leaders within the Asia Pacific region. Our job is to provide timely, in-depth analysis of companies, industries and the world's economies to assist clients with investment decisions and to help companies establish strategic directions and competitive positions. We work primarily in three areas: company and industry-level research, economics and investment strategy. Professionals in these areas collaborate to produce high quality insights for our clients, both internal and external.

 

As an analyst, you will play an essential role in assisting the Morgan Stanley Research team in maintaining and enhancing our global reputation.  Your work will be both qualitative and quantative, and your findings will greatly affect reports that will be disseminated throughout the business

The Junior Associate Program in Research
How the program works and the day-to-day experience you can expect

We are offering a 12-month program commencing in January 2009.  This Program is tailored to undergraduate students in their final year of study.  You will engage in a broad range of activities, including:

• analytical work, including financial analysis, quantitative modeling and report writing

• marketing including presenting industry themes to a variety of audiences

• company-specific analysis

• research on industry trends
