MSCI Barra was voted "Index Provider of the Year" at the Global Pensions Awards 2007, held  in London. MSCI Barra was selected from a short list of index providers by an independent panel of 26 international judges, made up of key decision makers within pension funds and their consultants.

The event recognizes the top achievers in their various specialist categories. Nominations were gathered from a survey of more than 8,000 readers of Global Pensions Magazine worldwide.
