For the second year, the magazine polled real-estate developers, advisors, financial institutions and investors, asking which firms they considered best for specified real-estate products and services. From the 282 responses, clients and peers ranked Real Estate first in:

• Global Real Estate Equity House
• Investment Banking in Western Europe
• Investment Banking in the UK
• Investment Banking in Spain
• Investment Banking in Ireland
• Investment Management in the U.S.
• Investment Management in China

The group was also awarded European Property Deal of the Year from Property Week for Morgan Stanley Real Estate Fund's acquisition of AM Development.
