For the fourth year in a row, Working Mother's list of the "100 Best Companies for Working Mothers" included Morgan Stanley. The magazine for working mothers published its 19th annual list in the October edition and at workingmother.com, honoring corporations that value the needs of working families. 

Editors for this year's survey noted that more organizations are emphasizing health by providing services ranging from flu shots to weight-loss programs. "Companies know that healthy employees mean a healthy bottom line," Working Mother Editor-in-Chief Susan Lapinski said. "Wellness programs cut absenteeism, increase productivity and build loyalty."

"Our continued presence on Working Mother's list reflects a commitment by Morgan Stanley to providing a supportive environment for women in the Firm," said Global Head of Diversity and Work-Life Programs Marilyn Booker.

To be named to the "100 Best Companies for Working Mothers" list, firms complete a comprehensive application, including questions about a company's culture, employee population and policies on work/life and women's professional development.
