The 2003 LATINA Style 50 list is the magazine's sixth annual evaluation of corporate America's sensitivity to Latinas' needs and goals in the workplace. LATINA Style editors evaluated more than 600 U.S. companies on issues important to Hispanic women in the workplace, including:
