Morgan Stanley's European Research Team celebrated on June 27 after winning four awards at L'Agefi's prestigious Financial Analysis Awards 2001 (Les Grands Prix de l'Analyse Financiere 2001), held in Paris.

 

Morgan Stanley's European Research Team celebrated on June 27 after winning four awards at L'Agefi's prestigious Financial Analysis Awards 2001 (Les Grands Prix de l'Analyse Financiere 2001), held in Paris.

Winning awards included:

  • Best Strategist/Market Economist: Richard Davidson and team
  • Best Food and Beverages Sector Analyst: Sylvain Massot and team
  • Best Technology Sector Analyst: Angela Dean and team
  • Best Aerospace/Defense Sector Analyst: Tim Bennett and team
Winning four awards places Morgan Stanley in second place overall, and first among the non-French banks. Last year, Morgan Stanley only won one award, Best Food and Beverages Sector Analyst, which went to Sylvain Massot and team. This year's ninth annual awards represents the views of 554 fund managers and buy-side analysts.
