Morgan Stanley Wins Corporate Finance's "Investment Bank of the Year" Award

Morgan Stanley was also honored with a significant number of "Deal of the Year" awards at the dinner.

 

At the inaugural Corporate Finance magazine "Deals of the Year" dinner held recently in London, Morgan Stanley was awarded "Investment Bank of the Year." Michael Zaoui, Head of European M&A, accepted the award on behalf of Morgan Stanley. In its January edition, Corporate Finance will announce that Morgan Stanley has also won the following awards, representing an unprecedented achievement:

  • M&A Bank of the Year
  • Equity Bank of the Year
  • High Yield Bank of the Year


Morgan Stanley was also honored with a significant number of "Deal of the Year" awards at the dinner. Having received over 700 submissions and undertaken two weeks of consultation with those working in the markets, Corporate Finance selected its best deals in 19 categories, including bonds, equity, loans, M&A, project finance, securitisation and innovation. Seven transactions involving Morgan Stanley won a "Deal of the Year" award, with a further ten noted as "Highly Commended." The awards are as follows:
