Morgan Stanley Japan Named Second Best Workplace in Japan

Morgan Stanley Japan Securities ranked second on Japan's Great Places to Work survey.

Morgan Stanley Japan Securities ranked second on Japan's Great Places to Work survey, an independent, objective survey of how happy employees are with their place of employment.

The Firm's overall number-two ranking in one of the world's toughest employee surveys was published in Nikkei Business, Japan's leading business magazine.

The survey, conducted by the Japan arm of the Great Places to Work Institute, is among the most comprehensive of its kind, basing its conclusions on both employee attitudes and management policies. Institute pollsters determine roughly two thirds of the score by analyzing anonymous employee answers to tough questions about the credibility of management, the respect awarded employees, fairness, pride and camaraderie.
