MSIM Among Top Three Foreign Managers in Nikkei Popularity Survey
Morgan Stanley Investment Management Japan (Morgan Stanley Asset and Investment Trust Management Co., Ltd.) ranked seventh among all asset managers, up from eighth in 2004, and ranked third among all non-Japanese managers in Nikkei Financial Daily's Annual Popularity Survey of Financial Institutions in Japan.

Nikkei Financial Daily recently published the results of its Annual Popularity Survey of Financial Institutions in Japan. Morgan Stanley Investment Management Japan (Morgan Stanley Asset and Investment Trust Management Co., Ltd.) ranked seventh among all asset managers, up from eighth in 2004, and ranked third among all non-Japanese managers.
In the sector review, Nikkei listed MSIM-Japan among the top 10 in four categories:
- offers variety of products (eighth)
- excels in foreign equity investments (fourth)
- excels in foreign fixed income investments (second)
- excels in risk management (fourth)
The Nikkei Financial Daily Annual Popularity Ranking of Financial Institutions in Japan is based on a questionnaire survey conducted among listed companies in cooperation with Nikkei Research.
