Money Management Institute (MMI), which represents global financial services organizations, nominated Morgan Stanley Smith Barney for three awards, including "Top Advisory Solutions Firm of the Year." 

Morgan Stanley Smith Barney also received a nomination for "Advisory Solutions Field Sales Team of the Year," which is awarded to the nominee that exhibits the most effective field sales strategy and execution resulting in significant sales growth.

Additionally, the Firm is in the running for "Advisory Solutions Marketing Program of the Year," an award that exemplifies marketing that best promotes the growth and development of advisory solutions.

Nominations and winners are made by MMI members, and the winners will be revealed on May 11 at MMI's annual convention in Boston. Last year, Morgan Stanley Smith Barney (MSSB) took home MMI's "2010 Managed Account Solutions Firm of the Year" award.
