Morgan Stanley Wins "Best Investment Bank" in the Euromoney Awards for Excellence
Morgan Stanley was named the "Best Investment Bank" for the second year in a row in the annualEuromoney Awards for Excellence. Other major awards collected on the night were "Best Underwriter of Emerging Market Debt" and "Best Sovereign Bond House."

At an awards ceremony in London on Wednesday, July 12th, Morgan Stanley picked up the award for
"Best Investment Bank" in the annual Euromoney Awards for Excellence.

The survey is undertaken each year to determine which banks have had the best performance in different areas of the global capital markets. The awards are based on league tables, profitability and journalists' market soundings. In evaluating banks, the panel of Euromoney editors pays close attention to each firm's qualities, managerial structure, focus, ability to innovate, as well as profitability and positioning among peers.
