International Insider's Emerging Market league tables for the first half of 1999 rank Morgan Stanley second for deals in the Euro sector. The survey is compiled by International Insider's EM service on Reuters and only includes deals rated Baa3/BBB or lower. International Insider notes that Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, Deutsche, and CSFB are the five real players in the market and account for over 80% of the Euro issuance deals.
